Q: I've forgotten my password or user name, how do I get a new one? A: Click "Sign In" and click "Forgotten Password", we'll email it to you.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we do ship everywhere in the world.
Q: How much does the shipping cost? A: The cost of shipping will depend on the total weight of your order and your destination. We cannot tell you the cost in advance. Please proceed to checkout with your order and our website will automatically calculate the cost of shipping to your location.
Q: How can I check my Order Status? A: For domestic orders, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from USPS as soon as your order is shipped. To check your order status go to www.usps.com and use your tracking number to track your package.
Q: When will I receive my order? A: For domestic orders it shouldn't take more than 7 days to arrive, for international shipments please allow 14 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees in a foreign country.
Q: Will I get an order confirmation? A: For every order you submit to Gel-Nails.com, you will receive an order confirmation.
