Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can easily return it within 15 days after purchase. If you received the wrong product and it was our error, we will send you a new product at no cost of the shipping to you.
We do not accept any returns for any reason on NailPolish, files, pedicure and manicure implements, UV Nail Polish, lotions, or liquids of any kind. Accepted items for return need an RMA#, need to be returned insured with a tracking number, 20% restocking fee applied to all returns plus outbound shipping charge if order was shipped free shipping. Item must be returned new, unused, in resalable condition, in original packaging, undamaged etc.
Items with any of the following conditions cannot returned:
- Items with broken product seals.
- Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused.
- Items not purchased through Gel-Nails.com
Refunds or store credit issued after authorization.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
Exchanges will be treated the same as a return and will follow the same guidelines. Upon receiving your return items, we will issue you store credit for you to place an order on the item you wish to exchange for. Please note you are responsible for all additional shipping charges.
*Note: Returned products will be inspected and if items are determined to be used, damaged or tampered with, will be non-refundable. Refunds will be issued as store credit.
